im muslim, so tomorrow is eid ul fitr which is a celebration after the holy month of ramadan where we have been fasting. we have another in two months which is the big holiday and pilgrimage for people in saudi arabia

its not as fun in north america to celebrate these holidays cuz well we all still have to schedule time off work and such but we all still try to make the most of it. we have a close knit community of friends to hang out with so its not that bad i suppose. the best is to spend the day with my family, i love that

thanks for all the words. went to doctor this morning came home with script for anaprox three times a day and referral to phyisio.did you ever see those philly commercials where the angel has a helper named albert? do you think he would come over and cook for me, he is all that.

my sister has been driving us mental the last yr with mood swings and well just yness so i tell her its menopause (it runs early in my family and shes 43) so i hope she laughs at this as much as i did when i ordered it

Amy, I've been thru that & it is not a fun time in your life. I really don't know which is worse, the mood swings or the hot flashes. The best relief I got was when my dr finally put me on hormones. They have been a lifesaver!! You are right, laughter is always good medicine.

I had a complete hysterectomy so I woke up in menopause. The anxiety attacks were horrid. That was the worst part for me. The thought of my dh breathing upset me. But I tried the hormones for awhile, I live without them now. All I really get now are the hot flashes all night long.

well, i'm up, cranky and sick as a dog! now i'm just getting over that flu, i think i got rose's stomache flu now! *groan* i knew i shoulda bought that pepto bismol when i seen it on sale...

the room is spinning and i had a terrible headache yesterday.

thats exactly how i felt yesterday i would get up and everything would spin i would get a headache and feel like being sick then was a few times...now I feel ok still sort of sick but not actually been sick today...have a job interview tomorrow ughh guess I fake it if I still feel like crap they wanted me to come today but didnt feel like getting dressed plus my sis has band and needs a ride so she wouldnt have anyone home in time for that, so I told them tomorrow would be better...
