i requested 2 lunch bags on the 9th July still no sign of them
should i wait a little longer and then maybe email them telling them i haven't received them yet
its odd because a week later i requested the (3 pen set and a calculator) and got them on Friday

trust me, you're not the only one. if you read back a dozen posts, you'd find a number of members are experiencing the same thing. i'm in the same boat: put down an order in early july, no sign still; another order in mid-july, got it two weeks ago. snail mail has just gotten a whole lot sluggish.

I ordered a lunch bag and it took a lot longer to arrive than the other three prizes that I have ordered. I would wait another week or two before contacting the company. I have heard that things are a lot slower in the summer, especially with bigger items.

I'm hoping they bring in the $5 coupon. I had already ordered my $3 ones so maybe I can get one more. Just got the 4L tub this week and I can say their Ice Cream is noticeably better than Lucerne from Safeway which I normally I get.

thanks to the smartcanucks community for bringing this one to my attention. I am about 5 days away from a truck for my son and it'll be great.

I enjoy playing the memory game the most while he enjoys decorating the ice cream.

I have noticed that at 9pm PST, the points start accumulating toward the next day, so that is something I have emailed them about, but no reply yet. I would rather the change was made at midnight, but it must be standard countrywide I am guessing.

Some prizes takes less time to come.
The smaller it is the faster it comes.
The big parcels have to go thru a lot more screening and paper work.
Also, most members here on SC Chapmans are from ON - the small items comes fom ON (about a 25 min drive from my house - also where they have the factory too). The large items come from BC - which a secondary location.
LOL I hate working for Canada Post.
