    I have ordered around 4 things since I joined. Around June 15th and I still haven't got anything how long do they take?

    It never usually takes too long but maybe with it being summer they are short staffed. The last thing I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered some stuff on June 20 and haven't seen it yet but I have faith that it will show up soon. It was free so I'm not too concerned.

    do not worry, they will come for sure, but just take longer time than usual, maybe because summer time, or they have gift shortage. If you order the popular gift, it will take longer time to get it, but it will come

    sometimes the stuff comes fast, sometimes it is really slow.
    I think they wait till the orders hit a certain point and then send them all out in a burst, I have had that before.
    currently I have 13 different things to come; a truck, a set of dolls, 2 bowl and spoons, a toque, 2 baseball caps, 3 calculators, 3 sets of 3 pens

    I find that they can take their sweet time sometimes, but I always get my prizes. I've never had a problem with them.
