    Friday I am ordering the truck for my grandsons birthday( August 9th), he will be 2 , I phoned chapmas today and asked if it would be possible to have it before then, the rep I taled to said she would keep an eye out for my order and said i should get it in a week but if not in by July 28th to phone back....great customer service.

    My kids ordered three things on June 22. They were all ordered within (literally) minutes of each other: Bowl & spoon, beach ball and activity book with markers.

    One of the three showed up today: the activity book and markers. Funny thing is, it was the last of the three items ordered and the one with the most recent claim number. Not sure when to expect the other items but I suspect sometime soon.

    Maybe it has to do with the item being shipped and whether or not they are in stock at the time. It could also have to do with Canada Post...?

    I'm just guessing here. I dunno. Maybe if you sent off a friendly e-mail you could at least find out whether they processed your request or not.

    i recieved my fridge magnet today.

    i have on order 8 items , the oldest is a youth t-shirt thats at 7 weeks.
