Reps still not working properly

Is this going to be fixed at some point? I am really tired of seeing that I have X number of reps, but when I go look, either they never show up, or one of several might show up.

I like to try & respond to them from time to time as sometimes people ask a question in the rep (recipe information and such), but I certainly can't check on the ones that never appear which can make a person appear rude by not responding as the person leaving the rep likely doesn't know that it's not showing up!

So annoying!

It is on the list for Boo to look at when he has the time, but I don't have a timeline for that

You seem to be having a different issue than everyone else though, so far all reports are of 2x rep for each rep not random amounts or no reps

Yep, it's certainly strange; I've had days where it tells me I have 5 reps and none of them show up, and days like today where it said 2 reps but there was only one showing.

I get the notification of 2 when it's one, the other notifications you're getting might be for likes?

The only other thing I can think of is they are coming from spammers whose accounts have been deleted and so their messages are too

Hmm, perhaps, but no, the likes & reps are different when I click on the arrow for notifications, and it's definitely reps that get listed, but almost none of them show up at all.
If there was a way to get reps to send an email notification it would be a lot easier to see what's going on, but that isn't an option.

kraze, this might sound silly but at first when it said I had x number of reps, I could not see them either. Then one day after I clicked on to see them I started scrolled down, down, down past all of these " subscribed threads" ?? and lo and behold there was the list of my reps!

I clean up my subscribed threads a number of times a day, so I can see where my reps are

As an example, on the 20th to 24th I had approx 12 notifications during those days (with 5 of them being on the 23rd) that I had new reps, but there are no reps listed for those days at all. That's a lot of reps from spammers who had accounts deleted. And actually, I just noticed that there is another one missing that was there yesterday and that person's account is still active (I just checked as the person gave reps from my oatmeal cookies recipe and is the only person who posted in the thread).

It's making me KrazE (Crazy) lol

Hmmm very strange, if I see Boo or one of the other admins online I will ask them to look into it

I suppose it's possible that some reps have been from spammers as I never thought of that one. The notifications don't tell you who sent them when you click on the drop-down, you can only see them once you go to the page, so it's all a mystery lol

I noticed the same happens to me. I get notifications that i have 5 new ones then when i go check it is only 2 new that i have, same with the reps that i get too. I never understood why it does that??
