Costco Roots Backpacks/Lunch bags

HI If anyone has a moment and could help me. This is my third year purchasing from Costco the Roots backpacks and lunchbags and I have never had a problem with any of them. So when I bought some for this school year I just threw the tags with the warranty information in the garbage well "murphy's law"...one of the backpacks after 4 days of use started ripping on the inside. Does anyone have the warrranty card and could let me know whom I contact in regards to replacing the bag. thanks for your time.

Easy. Just go to Costco. You don't even need the receipt, just your Costco card so they can look it up, they will replace it.

Like Zonny said, you will not have any trouble with an exchange or return at Costco, especially within your time frame. I like to have the receipt handy, but they will look it up too.
