I bought one of these yesterday. Anyone tried the Vanilla? It tastes like melted Haagen Dazs to me. Anyone else have that feeling?

If I remember right.... The drinks are taxed, presumably everywhere, because they are a prepared, single-serve, ready-to-consume item. I'm pretty sure other single-serve milk-based drinks are also taxed (milk2go and Neilson milkshakes). As with muffins or juice boxes, for example, if you buy a pack of six or more, there is no GST (unless it's junk food, e.g. chocolate bars, pop). When you buy six or more, it becomes a grocery item. Fewer than six, it's a fast food item.

I got them for 4 cents each today at Food Basics...the drinks are on sale for 79 cents each. So 4 cents per drink with the coupon. Only had 6 coupons so will have to find more! FREE is even better!!!

I am wondering if this is a Central Canada price for the Iogo drink. Has anyone in the West found them at this price this week?

Thanks Saving Siblings. I believe the mid-size guys are $1.47 each. Maybe we just need to sit tight and wait...

Saw them for 99 cents in RCSS, Loblaws, Yours independent. Saw the coupon zone coupon last week, didn't think it would be useful. This week the coupons all gone

my goodness. i just can't keep up with all these deals. It seems as though companies are putting their coupons/freebies out in September instead of summer promotions to throw everyone off. Hope i can take advantage of some at some point. You'd think i'd have the time but i\ve been feeling rather down and slacking on a lot since dd started school.

Speaking to the tax item: I know that with juice, the tax is based on the percentage of real fruit juice in the juice. It has to be 60% or higher I believe, i.e. a healthier juice.
