I usually redeem now for Spafinder (for massages, pedicures etc) or Amazon (ca or com - I ship to my US hotel when travelling) ... others redeem for Home Depot... check out the Swag Store - lots of other new gift cards added for shops etc... One can also keep the gift cards for use when you travel to the US. And a reminder for all, that if you buy groupons (which are great for where you are travelling for eg. Restaurants), you can get them from Special OFfers, Trial Pay, Local Deals. Doesn't matter if it doesn't show your city, just press the link and then go to you desired city and it still credits immediately after your purchase!
