I did not see one this year and just before Halloween or Shorthly after I hope to find some good % deals or clearance deals.
So maybe name the store and the % and the kind of candies could be helpfull. Thanks you to contribute.

And the last time I was at Costco in ON I wrote down (regular price):
-Nestle favourites (1.2kg) $18.99 = .158 ea
-Playdoh (80) $12.99 = .162 ea
-Ruffles (50) $8.99 = .180 ea
-Starburst/Skittles (150) $14.89 = .009 ea
-Twizzlers (125) $17.99 = .144 ea

Edit:
In the SDM flyer for ON:
-Simply Food (22s) or Nativa Organics (16s) 2 for $7.00 or $3.99 ea. *SUN/MON only ($3.99 ea. rest of the week)Last edited by Abby1; Fri, Oct 26th, 2012 at 09:32 PM.

Was at my local Canadian Tire yesterday and the Nestle Peanut Free (Kit Kat, Aero, Smarties and Coffee Crisp) pack 90 count was on clearance for $9.99. Though in their online link it says it's the 100 count box but I never saw that on the display case:
