Not sure if it's correct or not, but at least she was willing to give it to you for sign price. Sounds like maybe they haven't entered all the correct upc codes for the sale. When I notice I have been overcharged, I wait untill after I pay the bill, then I go to customer service and get the item for free. This happens almost least twice a week for me at WM- just love it. Great job on your couponing.

i work at a fortinos and yes this is correct. If the UPC on the product does not match exactly the UPC on the sign, then I am not permitted to do SCOP. Actually, I am happy for you that you got the item at the price that it said. Managers usually give me a bit of a hassle when I ask if they can do that on behalf of the customer instead of them returning all of the items.

if im not mistaken she gave you them at 3.69 because it was completely stocked with the item you had right?
i know we used to do that at fresh co. you got scop if the upc matched. if it didn't match but one of our employees completely stocked it in that place you got it for the price listed usually (managers wouldn't let us do it on the high priced items like cheeses or laundry detergent...)
but if it was the only one in that place and the upc didnt match you got it at the price it scanned at
