How come the sears online coupon won't work?

Hey everyone.

I'm trying to buy a treadmill and I found that there is a 25% off $200 coupon, but it's not working for some reason.


I entered the code, but I get an error message: The order you have placed does not meet the requirements for the bonus coupon applied, Please either update your order to meet the requirements or remove the bonus coupon from your order.

Does anyone know why its not working or how I should proceed?

Check any fine print first to see if there are any exclusions to using the coupon.
Otherwise, call them - if everything is okay, they can sometimes apply the discount manually.

I had this error message yesterday when I bought some stuff. Just call them and order it by phone. They take the coupon code by phone too
