rant :(

I'm so upset, angry and sad tonight... argggggggggg

here a bit of my rant.
I placed a few ads to sell some sheep, had tons of emails, I tried to do the right thing and follow the list as they came in...

well a lot of interest where for my ram (male sheep to breed) anyways on Saturday someone was supposed to show up and see him, well never did.
today was our day off and I was supposed to drive my dd to the rememberence day cadet parade. but since someone wanted to come and see the ram I found dd a ride and stayd home.
well again they did not show up I guess I have "WASTE MY TIME" tatoot to my forehead
someone else was supposed to come and see some ewes no show again!!!!
one person came not today, but the lambs where not the size they where looking for, so that's OK.
one guy showed up for my male lambs and he bought 3 so that's OK to.

then I went to see my friend and I borrowed a male goat from him, have 2 does that needs to be bred on the way home I stoped at my neighbour, he howls sheep to the sales barn, so I asked him if he will drive tomorrow,
he will but not just for a few.
so I had to make a hard decition 27 will go tomorrow
I could cry.... it's so hard to choose who goes, I know it's a good decition because I really can't do 45 sheep anymore, my setup is not the best.
but 27 just breaks my heart plus the 3 male that I will keep for another week for the other guy that bought them

anyways there was something that did make my day.
I had a loom for sale and a nice lady and her husband drove over 2.5 Hr. just to see it and they loved it and bought it she was such a nice lady and I'm not saying that because she bought my loom.

had to disapoin someone else he wanted the loom to and was ready to email me a deposit

anyways hubby sah that I felt shi t t y tonight and he took me to a restaurant

so now all my sheep are tagged for tomorrow morning they will go at 9.30 am
sorry to rant but I do feel shi t t y !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Zam:
It is very hard when you have to ship the animals, one of the hardest parts about farming...but sadly has to be done. Seems you raise those creatures and get attached to them, and always so sad to see that drover's truck drive in the lane, to take them away. But, come spring, you will again have new lambs and the cycle repeats itself. Sorry to hear about your No Show customers, that was very rude, they could at least called to say they couldn't come. Glad to hear you sold a loom and had supper out with Hubby made your day! Take care, will be thinking about you tomorrow. Keep us udated!

Awww Zame! Rotten no shows! nothing like wasting your day on people that don't show. A phone call woulda been nice.

Aww what a sad story. Just keep thinking about your new house and all the fun things ahead. Decorating, painting, making new memories. So nice of your hubby to take you to dinner. Good Luck
