I was with cogeco for over 3 years for tv but had bell for home phone and internet - never had one problem with it. Then on October 31 we got Bell Fibe tv and it was good for a few days. Then we kept on getting television signal lost and when we lose the tv it means internet is gone. I have called them 4 times and this will the 4th time a service man will be here. They have changed everything not once but twice, new everything and I am a techie been doing internet setup for years so its a pain to redo all the settings. I know its a new service in my area and we are the first one in our building to have the service. My condo is hard wired for cogeco so everyone has cogeco but I hated them and there digital HD tv was not crystal clear like Bell Fibe.
They are offering my a tiny discount but I am going to call again cause it sucks. I pay them close to $200 a month for cells, tv, internet and home phone should be better service than this.
Sorry for any English grammar errors trying to type fast just in care I lose the internet again.

Anything to do with Bell sucks. When we moved into our house Cogeco phone wasn't available yet so we were stuck with Bell. As soon as Cogeco got service to our area we jumped over and haven't looked back. I very strongly dislike Bell, their products, service quality and mostly their customer service.

I have Bells Fibe internet and it sucks! I switched from Rogers to Bell because I was getting a better deal with them - Bell's internet is always losing connection - it is horrible... and don't get me started on Bell Mobility - they have the worst customer service ever

I dumped everything Bell 4 years ago & haven't looked back; I will never be a bell customer ever again.

I agree, it is always losing connection, the tv goes pixelated pretty regularly during a tv show. I am in a building wired for the Fibre op and it isn't great at all. Sadly I am stuck in a 2 year contract :S.

I was suppose to have a tech between noon and 6pm - someone called but no one showed. And we still have "television signal loss" wtf
