If you need anything, RQ, you tell us! Hope all is getting better for you, or will soon!
You certainly may. Just return him in the same condition you recieved him in.
You ARE cute! LOL And I think you resemble your signature chick in the face, just like everyone said that I look like my chick from the wiki thing that thetick made for me. And the gecko is cute too, but seriously, we were all looking at you. hehehehehe
I'm sure it is just him getting older, and thinking about things more. He is around the right age for those kind of feelings. Plus, before they were probably just fun little balls of fur, now he probably thinks of them more like pets with feelings... Poor kid
He might want to make a big deal out of it, letting him bury it etc. Sometimes with pre-teen kids that kind of thing can help them feel better about it.

Snakes are very cool. but you gotta pick the right one. if u decide to let yer son have one then i recomend a corn snake. they don't have a temper, dont' grow very big and very VERY easy to maintain. Had my lil guy for lil over a year now and best pet ever. only got to feed him once a week. lol if u lets him and u got any questions, then feel free to ask away and i will help you.

Just watching the election results... looks like it's going to be a
long night and I've been up since 5 this morning.
Thank you for the words!! You guys rock as usual.'Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.'

Yeah im not too thrilled with the election results either but i'm trying to look on the bright side. It could be worse.
When i went to vote this couple were there with their 2 little boys (around 4-6 yrs). The kids started throwing a tantrum crying "you SAID we were going to a party!".
Their mom just laughed and said "no dear i said we were VOTING for a party"
Anyways.. i giggled at that

where to begin? thanks for the words, entering em now...
uh.. i never thought of asking ryan if he wanted to bury the g.pig. when we had one die before, (death creeps me out), i asked hubby to come home from work and deal with it. he was like, get ryan to take her out. i was like..WTF?? NOOoo you don't get a kid doing that. as it was i had to take her out, and i'm still creeeped out today.
But ya ryan might have wanted to take part...i should check with him. he could go with his dad to bury the pig. maybe help dig the hole.etc.
he could not get to sleep, i think he has a bit of a cold too. i put him in our bed between us. took him a bit to fall asleep, kept fooling with the cat. but i'm glad i put him in with us. I was really afraid with all the activities he has over the next 2 weeks, he'd get overtired and have probs at school. glad i made that decision..besides i was cold
i was about ryan's age when my cat and a hamster died. and i still don't know what they did about either
you guys iz awesome u know that?
dammit.. oh that story with the kids thinking they were going TO a party, not voting for a party was hilarious. poor kids hehehehe.. don't anyone tell them that the winning party celebrates afterwards!
on the subject of snakes.. the rescue zoo came down with a display from ontario (this is when i decided i wanted a skunk), anyway, got a pic of ryan with a boa constrictor wrapped around him with the trainer right beside him. very cute pic. if i had a scanner i would post.
anyway, hubby HATES snakes and almost blew a gasket when he seen the pic. IF I WAS THERE NO WAY IN HELL WOULD I LET THAT THING near him, he coulda suffocated him to death..blah blah blah..
I was like.. gee. I'm glad I didn't get his photo done with the alligator he sat with.
You coulda picked my hubby up off the floor.
and yes he got his pic taken with a 3 legged alligator. after i seen that she lost the fight, i wasn't too worried about ryan.
