Cashier said that they are trying a lot of provincial promos so maybe ON or GTA only. There was absolutely no advertising for the deal in-store either

As with Fallen's post above where she got 6x$5.99 Shampoo with $3 Peelies, it would be $30 before coupons, and coupons can reduce the OOP
