TASSIMO $20 Rebate forms from reps(edited with more details)

getting a lot of pms regarding the rebate forms, so i have added more details, please pm if you want to see them, i am not able to attach them here

i got a few of the $20 tassimo rebate forms for the tassimo home brewing system , offer valid on tassimo models t20, t45,t47,t55,t65 , purchase must be made between aug 9 and march 1, 2013 , must arrive before march 15
orginal purchase receipt is also need ( heard from another scer that online purchase are also okay as long as it is an official recept with price but PLEASE CHECK before sending the form, they have a 1800 no in the form to call)

i got these from the reps at the shopping mall, they were also giving free tim cofee, who dosnt love free coffee

I went to the Tassimo website and asked them about the 20$ MIR.
Within 2 hours, I had the confirmation in my inbox that I was receiving a 20$ MIR form in the mail.
