my son now has a permanent scar on his face.

a couple of weeks ago he tripped over a toy in the living room and ended up smacking his face off the table. his teeth went clean through his lower lip it was this huge gaping hole in his face. off to the emergency room... they ended up gluing it shut and now he has this scar under his lower lip that will probably never fully fade. makes me sad

AWWW. Don't stress too much about it. It could have been worse and he will most probably think that scar is cool. Little boys are like that.

it is already starting to slightly fade. though when you squeeze hiss lip the scar tissue is hard and about the size of a tic tac
