10$ on 50$ card & 20x points

With last week flyer we got a 10$ off on 50$, which is valid Dec 1st-14th. I've read all the conditions on the back, and can't see anything that would prevent me from using this on Saturday & get my 20x if I buy over 75$ (after the 10$, so 85$ before rebate & coupons).

What do you guys think? Would it cancel out the 20x? I would not want to end up losing my 20x points, as it's worth more than 10$ to me, so it's still on the fence about trying it.

Thanks, I'll get 10$ of free stuff + 20x points on the remaining 75$ (i.e. 15000 points). I have lots of Christmas chocolate to buy, and some grocery items that are on sale, so it will really be a free 10$ and about 30$ worth of points. How come I did not start that Optimum thing for years...?

Just posting an update, I'm back from my morning shopping trip. The 10$ card did work, and most awesome, I got 20x point on that 10$ as well!

I bought many items on sale for a very good price (Royale, Christie cookies, Tostitos) and most of my Christmas chocolate treats (again only bought what was priced right), so I paid with taxes 92$ (only had coupons for Royale), and got 19400 points. Since this is pretty much all stuff that I normally buy at that price, I consider this a success!
