Not sure if this is the right section, however, I am having trouble printing from Smart Source and hoping someone a little more computer savy than myself can help??
I have been printing from Smart Source on a regular basis and now I am not able to print. I get a message saying that Java is not detected but it is installed on my computer. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem. I am running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9--add-ons are enabled, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!!!This thread is currently associated with: Microsoft, Smart Source
