OMGosh I LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!

First my dear sweet Coyote make my day everyday with her sweet post on my wall

and then today in the mail I received first from Natalie (nat77) a Christmas card with the most beautiful sentiments and a truly amazing handmade teal scarf which matches my new jacket, I LOVE IT NAT and then a beautiful homemade card agian with a beautiful inscription and a FPC from Julie (juliejolie) my DH and and I were truly overwhelmed.
How do you explain SC to anyone outside because no on would believe that you could feel this warm and love from a coupon site. Oh My i think I am going to cry again!!!!!

I have tried to explain to a few, but they don't get it... so now I kinda keep it to myself because I don't want to share you all! You are my escape from the rest of the world and I love you all dearly.

I'm so thankful for all of you wonderful ladies in here, there is so much generosity and support. I've been having a rough couple of days here and sat down this morning to watch some PVR'd tv...Parenthood was far too emotional for me today so onto Private Practice and it was about a pedophile...TOO MUCH for this morning. We have a pedophile in our neighborhood so it has been a touch subject and one of my son's little friends just had a relapse scare with his cancer..THANK GOD he is ok but it just brings so much up. I just don't have time to be in a funk with Christmas coming so I came in here and you are all so wonderful. You all motivated me to throw on some Aerosmith, crank it up and carry on with my day. Got a ton of baking done this morning. Mini buddy I think you will be happy. Thank you to each and every one of you for being there this morning

Awwww, this is not good news. You aren't affected by the 'teacher' being given back his job are you? I am sick over that.
I am glad the little guy is doing ok, we have a friend here whose son has been trying to reject the kidney she gave him 10 years ago - it's a roller coaster. Sick kids break my heart.

Day 12 here was for oldest DD - the package that I tore into on Sat to make one for just younger DD on her BDay.
It has 2 rolls of Duck Tape - Hello Kitty and Zebra Print, Hair goody's, and lots of Nail Polish - she is going to poop her pantaloons.

Zoe has been wanting the Hello Kitty duct tape. Also the Justin Beiber stuff but i refuse to pay almost 10 bucks for a roll that looks like it has less than a roll from the $$$ store would!

I hear you on the Duck Tape, DD 'collects' it so she gets it on special occasions here, she buys her own too. The timing here is perfect because for the first time in AGES she is out of it all together.

It just makes me sick..release them and say they will do it again but please no vigilante justice because they are entitled to more safety and protection than our children are...I'm with your hubby and his friends!

I finally found time this morning to take pics of all the lovely gifts Ceren sent to DS and myself . Unfortunately, my son has hidden his metal guitar pics so I couldn't include them in the photo (but I will with the next photos I post).

My gifts up until today are:

Betty Crocker measuring cups
12 Bernadin snap lids
Exfoliating body glove
Ikea dish towel (so my taste!)
Pataks curry paste (yum! love anything with curry in it)
Adorable holiday tissue box
Holiday teddy bear brooch (he looks just like my childhood Steiff teddy )
2x lemon flavoured cough drops (my favorite flavour)

Memo pad (perfect size for my tiny purse )
A small strainer (perfect for rinsing the small berries I add to our morning smoothies)
Unbleached baking cups




And this is the box of Beyond Gourmet unbleached baking cups with the recipe on the side. I'm trying out the recipe tonight!



My son's gifts:
2 metal guitar picks (what a difference in sound they make compared to the regular plastic ones. Wonderful!)
Pumpkin seeds (half already gone)
Dried apricots. Had to take these away before he finished them all, lol. If there's time, I'll be making this wonderful baked custard with them this evening .
Sunmaid raisins
Mountain trail mix
3 Kinder Surprise eggs (he'll never outgrow these, lol)
Ziploc lunch baggies
Kor water bottle
Beyond Gourmet unbleached cheesecloth (perfect for when he needs to strain the juice he collects every Spring from the Birch trees out in the woods nearby )
A metal double hook (he'll have no excuse for dropping his jacket on his bedroom floor now )
And finally, the most awesome t-shirt. I wish you were here, Ceren, to see the expression on his face when he opened it. DS refuses to wear most brand name clothing and would rather wear the most unique shirts/sweaters to ensure no one else has one just like it, lol. You couldn't have chosen a better t-shirt for him .

At Michaels I saw this really cute Hello Kitty tape too! Use 50% off coupon (which is in flyer or on your iphone) and you can get it for $3 I think. There was a whole little section on hello kitty so maybe look into that for zoe if she's interested? =)

Oh, and mini buddy - when I get one? - I just realized! I used to make creams and lotions, and sell them, so I can make something like that. Phew! So I hope you like bath products (and listed if you have allergies).

no artifically scented items for me, I suffer from migraines and headaches. also i dont take baths as I am too big for my tub

Day 11, Pumpkin got me a really nice hairbrush and a bunch of hairties, which I really needed, thanks!

On a random side note, my 10 month old is OBSESSED with Toopy & Binoo....... he can be anywhere in the house and if he hears it come on the TV, he crawls as fast as he can to the living room and then laughs and squeals in delight when he sees the tv. It's the only tv show that will keep his attention the whole time, any other shows he could care less about! LOL

DD loves Toopy & Binoo too, she goes through crazy stages where that is ALL she will watch, Mummy however is not a Toopy & Binoo fan

2 individuals in the household are barfing - am waiting to see if I'm next who will clean up the puke then?

Day 12 brought us a pgk of misc. sized sticky notes (great for trains ) and a Meal Planning magnetic notepad for the fridge

*** Also small question for anyone who redeemed Kelloggs pins for the $10 toy coupons, how long did it take for your coupon to arrive??? I was kinda late on the ball and only summitted a pin last week but was hoping it would be here in time to use for a Christmas gift.
