good job for all those who set new years resolutions to be healthier and lose some weight...I'm in the same boat!!! I'm trying to start small or I'll be discouraged and give up easily...so smaller meals, less carbs, and more exercise...baby steps...I hope I can do it!

Well, started weight watchers today. I have it on-line , kinda cool. My first goal is to lose the first 10lbs over 3-4 weeks. I have soooo much candy in this house I may need to throw it out LOL. Scary how fast I can put on weight. I have a wardrobe ranging from size 3-12.

So wish the ole girl luck on her new journey

I keep thinking about weight watchers but I just don't want to pay the money! Hubby and I are planning on loosing a bunch of weight but I still have ice cream cake to eat diet starts tomorrow I guess??

on another note...I've been browsing the smartcanucks website and looking at all the freebies, etc etc. for all you seasoned smartcanucks....can you tell me what the website coolcanucks.ca is all about? I saw a thread of it on the freebies section and I just wasn't sure..is it an extention of this website or a copycat?

OMGosh epic fail day turned super amazing thanks to my super sweet and generous buddy Peachykeen. Story starts yesterday I had to go to the Cancer centre as I do every 2-3 weeks it is a round trip of almost 5 hrs in the car. BLAH! As yesterday was my DS actual BDay we took the kids with us and since we were in a hurry to get the appointment over and of to dinner and a movie with our DS and DD we were half way home and an hour after the Cancer Centre Pharmacy closes before I sat straight up in the car and realized I forgot to pick up my Chemo drugs so yup Ladies and Gent it Was off to Edmonton again today BUT............. I returned home to the most amazing package from Peachy THANK YOU I AM OVER THE MOON!!!!!!!! You took a crap day and made it brilliant

Homemade sugar cookies and Butter Tarts SOOOOOOOOOOO yummy there is actually a tart missing in the picture because I ate it before I took the pictures and the cookies will be for tea time tonight Thank you

I am glad you liked it - I tried going back threw the posts on what you liked but it would only allow me to go so far

As for the home made stuff - they are melt in your mouth Shortbread - I didn't want to send to many just in case CP lost or held up the package and I ended up poisoning you - that would be a NO NO - hopefully they didn't break to much

I saw you got the gun in your package a figured you'd need more ammo to WIN
