They are homemade-ish! lol I made them in my home....but from a mix (cake mix actually) It was super simple!
take box of cake mix (any kind)
add 2 eggs, 1/2 c veggie oil and mix!
add chips, nuts or whatever else you want - I did 1/2 with white choc chips and the other 1/2 was just plain red velvet
bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 for 8-10 min - be careful not to overbake!
Apparently if you use devils food chocolate and mix in peanut butter chips it is divine - according to Google anyway!

Sorry for my recent absence, I have been battling a terrible migraine/face/back pain that is essentially debilitating! It comes every two to three weeks and I am out for at least three days! I am waiting to get in with the Ear Nose & Throat specialist as the dental surgeon thinks it is a salivary gland stone!
I'm in for the Pantaloon Train for sure!!!
I love the package trains, but I too have to be selective....we are on track to be debt free by 2014, so I am limited to my 'allowance' money! I will likely save up for the Mother's Day train - I want to surprise my mom with a package and of course the Advent Train next year!
Tomorrow I am going on a 40th birthday surprise adventure with some of my derby ladies! We are participating in an adventure from 3-4pm (no idea what it is, we are told to wear comfy yoga type clothes and runners) and then we are going out for sushi! yay!
On Monday I am back on the 17 day diet! I am excited as I did it last year and lost over 30lbs! Then I went on a cruise, discovered the joys of cruise foods (mmmmm biscuits & gravy) and just went down hill from there! Hubby is dieting too, but using a different food plan......why oh why aren't there coupons for lettuce and carrots??!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I will post again to let you all know what the surprise adventure is!

For those of you starting diets you should read this book:
http://www.amazon.ca/Wheat-Belly-Wil...7362555&sr=8-1
i haven't read it but my MIL (the nice one) read it and has lost 35 since the summer just be eliminating wheat from her diet.
trust me it works - about 5 years ago I developed sensitives to almost all food and I cut what from my diet completely and lost 20lbs of weight that I didn't need to lose (still trying to gain that back, please don't hate me) I can eat wheat now but I don't eat too much as I feel better when I don't eat too much.
my cousin in England is also doing a natural wheat/sugar type diet to try and get pregnant... Hopefully it works.
end of rambling, but basic point

Sorry I lost the 30lbs over 4 ish months! The diet is called the 17 day diet because you go on a diff "cycle" every 17 days! There are four cycles in total! It is supposed to confuse your metabolism and prevent(or lessen) plateaus. The first 17 days are similar to a cleanse, lots of lean meats cleansing veggies no carbs! The second 17 days you add in starchy veggies and more proteins. you can repeat them as many times as you need to get to your goal!
oh and i forgot to mention it is a friend's 40th she has done all of the planning, we are just supposed to show up and celebrate with her! It's making me nuts - I hate surprises with hints lol we are going to Toronto and the 'event' is an hour long!

A pantaloons train sounds awesome- although I have a feeling I may be one of those asked to sit out. :S
