Jezebel's Surprise Advent Package Train

Sorry ladies. I had to wait until the kids were occupied with an activity so I could open and take pics of this AMAZING package from Bluzsuz!

First my PSA of the day-try to either write directly on your box or tape over your mailing label... Canada Post is not always the gentlest with mail This package could have gone to package heaven had my postie not have know me as well as he does That is kinda sad he knows my name and address...


But once I got it opened I discovered an amazing package!

I received lots of homemade goodies!
-jar of dill pickles
-jar of bruschetta
-jar of red pepper jelly
-2 homemade soaps
-Vapor disk
-homemade lip gloss that smells delicious


and as if that wasn't enough....
I also received:
-a big package of goldfish
-2 chocolate oranges (yummy- put mine in the freezer for now)
-a box of Ferrero Rocher
-a Timmy Card
-St Ives wash
-Vileda scrubby sponges
-Suncatcher kit
and 2 webkinz for my monkeys (put away for a day where they are being good)


Thank you soooo much- this was not a MINI package like it was supposed to be Your generousity is greatly apppreciated.

Whew!!! I am so glad the contents arrived safely. They sure did a number on the address didn't they! Lesson learned for sure.

They sure did! But the return address was still intact. Thank you again for all the goodies. I love it all! Who knows maybe my postie was the one that ripped it to shreds and that is why he knew where to bring it?

that happen to the package sent to me last year on the advent train. They would have eventially found you through the tracking number. Now I ALWAYS tape over both addresses!

I got it! I got it! My mini buddy package has arrived. Thanks so much Bri, you were super generous! After a hellish day at work that has left me wanting to crawl into the fetal position, this was such a lovely surprise to waiting at home for me.

You've definitely gone above and beyond....

In addition to the two Etsy items received yesterday, I received...
- can of mini all sorts (so much for the diet, just inhaled half of one of the bags inside)
- satsuma body butter
- fig & rosemary body wash (smells awesome)
- sweet pea body lotion (funny, my Dad has called my Mom "Sweet Pea" since they met 43yrs ago, in fact, I don't think I've ever heard him call her by her real name!)
- super soft knit beret style hat, did you knit this? (feels great)
- pack of Hershey kisses almond.. have to put them in the freezer before they suffer the same fate as the all sorts!
- pack of gum and two packs of lifesavers
- piping bag for icing & cake pop covers
- 2 revlon nail files, and a super cute makeup bag containing 8 nail polishes. Wowsers!

Again, thanks so much, it has definitely brightened my day. Now if I could get rid of this scratchy throat that started about an hour ago, I'd be all set for the rest of the night.



Now, for the V-day train.. still deciding. I dont want to be left out, but at the same time, January is insane at work and not sure if I have the time to devote to thoughtful shopping... Ooh.. decisions, decisions...

soooooo i got a package today but it was definitely NOT the package i would want to see at my dooorstep. Buddy i suck! I screwed up your address and it came back. I feel awful!!! I going out tonight again to send it back out EXPIDITED! I also repackaged it as the box was not nicely handled and even put in an extra little gift card to hopefully make up for my mistake.

I'm soooo sorry!!

Oh I am going to have to try these, I have always made them with Grahmn cracker crumbs and condensed milk, never thought to try with chocolate.... DUH.

ok buddy it's out again. Address corrected. It didnt' go expided though. The cost went from $15 when i sent it the first time to $19 tonight and would have been 49 had i sent it expidited. Sorry i just couldn't do it.

BTW I though insurance was included at no cost with a Venture One card. Also it's 5 days instead of 4? Did they change things Jan 1st?

It's supposed to be included up to $100...unless as you said, perhaps it's changed?
