HELP, how to cure cervical spondylosis?

I have been living with cervical spondylosis for almost 5 months, you know, how terrible it is! especially when i got up this morning, i can't tilt my head to the right, the neck is so stiff.

I just need some useful tips, thanks in advance.

Last night i used the hair dryer and hot compress with boiled water, i felt much better then. so i will keep this method.

because of the fear of medical treatment, i dont want to see the doctor.

China, and i fear for the bitter and needle all the time, and now i am trying the self-treatment.
