I just got back from the vet with our kitten Bear, now I have to explain to my kids that their cat is extremely sick with a red blood cell count of 6-7 when it should be 35-40%. And that all we can do is hope that the drugs will work fast enough that we can save her. I just can't squeeze money out of our budget to give her a blood transfusion to buy us time, for the drugs to work.

This day better not get any worse.

My BF got me hooked on the Chuck Norris twitter feeds... one of my favorites.. "You know how you flip over a plate, and it often says "Made in China".. if you flip over China, it'd say "Made by Chuck Norris"..

whoever mentioned that the barilla coupon expires today and that it's on sale this week, THANK YOU! just ran out to safeway and grabbed a few boxes! able to use up coupons and save money!! we go through a lot of pasta in our house...my brother does at least. I need to cut back. haha.

Getting caught up:
-stove: white 4 burner -santa brought it for me for Christmas

Taking a break from our "minor re-decorating" that DH has now turned into a major renovation......he really needs to start getting more hours at work....or at least a hobby that doesn't involve turning my house upside down. We've decided to switch lofts with the kids...not sure I love this idea...hopefully will love it when we are done and moved in!

Question: has anyone ordered from Ikea online? How did they ship (CP, UPS, FedEx, ??) and do they send a shipping confirmation?? I ordered beds for the kids from them (last week)...and they charged my credit card, and gave an estimated delivery date...but method says "Parcel" and they have not confirmed that it has shipped.......

Pinterest is my relax/recharge tine! I also do it on my phone so it is usually waiting for appts,relaxing before sleep,it does give me as much contentment as yoga!
