every rogers customer has an account but sometimes dont really use it or are unaware of it. If you want to find out more about your account you can call rogers and talk to a representative.

We have used Rogers for years, and use our Rogers yahoo email accounts all the time, and neither my husband nor myself received any message like this. Either it was fake (spam / fishing for personal info), or else it is only for select customers. Did you confirm with Rogers that it was real? Did the link ask you to enter any personal information? Has anyone else received this?

I received this promo in the mail, not through e-mail. It came in a small brown paper bag, saying something to the effect of "Not only kids get treats for Halloween"... I was about to toss it but opened it instead, boy am I glad I did! Check your regular mail for the promo too.

Rogers merged with Yahoo a couple of years ago. I used to access my webmail through www.hispeed.rogers.com, but when they teamed up with Yahoo, you could access your mail remotely through any Yahoo login site. "Rogers Yahoo Mail" is essentially their website for accessing your e-mails from another computer.
I suppose the only reason they merged is so Yahoo could get on the homepage of all Rogers customers, as opposed to the preferred search engine, Google. In a nutshell, if you have Rogers as your Internet provider, you are on Rogers/Yahoo mail by default.
If you do not receive the promo in your inbox/mailbox, I would certainly send Rogers a note (Yahoo would not be involved in this promo in any way).
Hope this helps!

it isnt spam and is sent from rogers. maybe you can call them about it or something and ask if there are any qualifications. I am new to rogers and have only been with them for a year or less so i think that it doesnt matter how long you have been with them.
