Thanks everyone! Basically all my clothes are from the Bay clearance racks. It makes fancy clothes affordable. But I never found something awesome and affordable from The Room so I was ecstatic!
It was The Bay on Queen Street in Toronto. If you ever do come for a visit it is a fun section to see. They have all the runway stuff on clearance for $600 haha. I go to that Bay often because I can walk there, but I usually find it picked over and only size zero or size 16 stuff. I was there on Friday and picked up some BCBG dresses for 50% the last ticketed price. It was great.

OP, I get to go to Toronto (work. Ahem. Yah, "work". Hehehe).
Going next week. On lunch and after "work", gonna take a peek at The Bay on Queen Street.

I went to the Bay this week looking for some winter boots. Looked at UGG boots - not the soft kind but their waterproof ones. Reg. $355. On clearance for $250. Additional 50% off - $125. Use your Bay credit card is an additional 15% off - got them for $106.25!!! These are them:
