I emailed today and the reply I got was that I wasn't in their system. And it pretty much sounded like that was the end of that...so I guess I'm not getting anything.

At least you got a reply! I'm still waiting a week later! I filled out the form on their website...I just sent them another email using the email directly to see if this makes any difference in getting a reply.

I e-mailed Triumph my disappointment in receiving their e-mail saying I would not be getting the thong. That was @ Dec.21. They replied quickly, asking my size. I received the nice black lacy thong on Jan. 7. I'm in B.C.

Purchased some nice thongs at Giant Tiger(6 for 6$) and bras for 2 for 8$ compared to the prices of The Senza or others stores;so if it come happy if not...I will not cry...They just make a bad promo;bad for their reputation and the costumers will not have a positive feedback of the compagny brand.Remember it is sold pretty everywhere;;;;I bet they did not taught about that. That would have been a nice way for new costumer to know the stuff of the compagny;so they will lost money with that on the future.

I guess I will see if I receive it and very not impressed with my 2 friends names;they where signed same time at me at my adress...this compagny had loose points with me.

Yup- they probably realized that most people were signing up for 3 to be delivered to their own address, assumed (probably rightfully so) that people just wanted 3 free ones, and realized they had made a huge mistake with their promo.

Incredibly dishonest promo if they are not honouring the other 2 thongs for friends. I'll be steering clear of Triumph products from now on.

Got mine today! Wow wasn't expecting it to really come! It was Probably only because I complained though! But overall This promo failed lol.
