I have a foot problem at the moment and dh was going grocery shopping. I set up an envelope with envies to match with sales and was glad that we could take advantage of some coupons that will expire in the next few days and at the end of the month.
Here are the coups that we used:
Food Basics
2 X eggs = 2X1.88=3.76 - $1.00 WUB2 = 2.76 or 1.38 each.
1X Sensational Soy Milk = 3.49 - $1.00 = 2.49
RCSuper Store
1X Smucker's Jam =$1.98 - $1.00 = .98 (Raspberry - yum!)
Astro Original Multipack (16) = 2.99 -$1.00= 1.99 Some that were on sale were only 12 mini-tubs
2X Source Yogurt Tub= 2X - 1.97 = 3.96- 2X .50= 2.96 = 1.58 each
Giant Tiger
2X Folgers Decaf Coffee = 2X 6.97=13.96 - 2X $1.00 =11.96 or 5.97 each
Highliner Fish Sticks =$2.00- $1.00 = $1.00
2X Pedigree Marro-Bone Dog Treats= 2X $9.88 = 19.96 - $2 WUB 2 = 17.96 = 8.88 each
also
2X grape tomatoes=2X.99=$1.98 (no coups but good price)
No Frills
Aussie Conditioner = $2.00-.50 = $1.50
Herbal Essence = $2.00 - .50 = $1.50
Special K Cracker Chips =??? 'cause it was FREE! (I think $2.49)
also
Clamato Juice = $1.00
Oasis Premium OJ = $2.00 (the Allen's coup was for a bigger size of Oasis)
2X Pillar meat slices = 2X $1.00= $2.00
2X Blackberries = 2X $1.00 = $2.00
Carrot Coleslaw = $1.79
Baby Carrots = $1.00
Bag of 4 red, yellow, orage sweet peppers=$2.00
5lb. bag of red grapefruit = $2.00
Sobey's
Jello Refrigerated Desserts (Rice pudding - yum) = $3.29-$1.00 = $2.29
also
2 bottles of Merlot for $10 at the Wine Rack = $5.00 (Wonder WHY he bought these???? hm? Feb. 14?)
Also Cheese Whiz from somewhere - probably RCSS since I couldn't find the receipt - $1.50 coupon
These were the highlights of the shops. He's a keeper! This thread is currently associated with: Food Basics, Giant Tiger, H&M, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

That's great. They don't like doing UNTIL one day DH said do you need anything? do fish swim? I had a bad cold and everything was ready because it is always a matter of time when he asks. So flyers, circles, list, coupons taped to plastic sheets...ready to go. Well this trip was mostly WM-PM. Well he had a team of ladies behind him, a few cashiers and a female manager all cheering him on. Not a problem anymore.
Thank you for sharing and congratulations for teaching DH too and DH doing a great job. Hope your foot problem gets better too.
