Received free Dove Body Wash. Using the buy 3 save 10.00 olay products, 3x3.97 at zellers (body wash) -10% SPC card then 10.00 off =.80cents for 3 body washes.

just did almost the same thing at shoppers...3 $3.99 came to $1.97 for 3 plus tax reg. $7.49 each got the age defying for moms gift basket....also picked up a 4 pack of fusion refill blades marked down to $5 cause the package was split and taped up...reg. $20.99

oh yeah and while i was out UPS dropped off the heinz baby bag

Went to Second Cup tonight and got 2 slices of New York cheesecake and the lady gave me a Free Second Cup Vanilla Bean bar. The sign right now in store says Free bar with any food purchase.

Nothing!!! Most of this week I did not recieve stuff! I made myself (and family) a chocolate cake for Halloween and I had an extra big piece to cheer myself up. Actually I didn't really need that much cheering up but the splurge on cake was nice. Maybe next week will be better? I do know that I want to check for Halloween candy in the next couple days in case they go on clearance because I am too old for trick or treating and I am still in too much pain from surgery to go out even if I was young enough. Clearance candy is way better than trick or treating anyways because you technically get some of the candy free with the discount and you don't have to dress up or stand out in the cold and knock on stranger's doors. Sometimes tho there isn't clearance candy and they just pack it up. Crossing my fingers!

Great mail day here! 10 save.ca / P&G - must have re-odered when they never showed (lots will be up for trade!), Johnsons coupons (not the parents pack - not sure where they came from ) , Campbells??? and All Bran bars, and an awesome trade envelope!!! Oh! And I went to Sobeys after the trick or treaters and got free Halloween helium balloons!!!

Today was a 5 star freebie day for me...I received not one but two of the Heinz baby bags and big cans of formula (the formula will be for a friend with a brand new baby). I am not sure why I received two but I know I had trouble submitting the info and error messages galore but it seems as though the stuff comes even with the error messages. I also received a Bounce sample, Listerine white strips and an 8.00 coupon and 3.00 coupon to buy more, a sample of Clean and Clear oil-free moisturizer that I apparently did a survey for at one time (don't remember but I will take their word for it). Oh..and two Chapman's prizes we ordered.
