    I have the ipod and it is totally new. It hasn't got a scratch on it. It would not look like that if it had been used at all. Some refurbished items may have been used but I have had very good luck with refurbished items. My decktop is lenovo refurbished and it looked unused and works perfectly. Sometime the items are returned for reasons other than a defect or they are overstock etc.

    At Best Buy until March 21, save $30 when you recycle your old MP3 player. I remember the Dollarama used to sell MP3 players for $2.

    The Walmart flyer has a 4th generation iPod Touch for $188.99. I've spotted the 5th generation for around $299.99.These are new and not refurbished. I don't have any Apple products so I'm not sure of the differences.

    The 5th gen and 4th gen are different in their processors and the cameras. They make a difference for programs like freshpoints. It is a real pain on the 4th gen I have because the camera can not focus so scans are really hit and miss.

    I too am looking to buy a new iPod touch 5th gen model. The lowest price I can find for today is at Futureshop the 32 model is $287.98.
    Has anyone seen cheaper?
