My Husky Rewards unjustly taken away points

I went to buy lottery tickets on Saturday and I saw these new Mountain Dews so I bought one at a Husky gas station.The cashier forgot to give me one of my lottery tickets so because I haven't been charged for it.So I give him my lottery slip he runs it through then gives me my ticket and he found the other ticket in the machine so I asked he cancel the second lottery ticket.I pay for my lottery ticket I should have got then I ask for my receipt.I go outside I check my receipt all it is a copy of the first receipt.I go back he runs my Husky card through the machine so I get my points I was supposed to get not without compaint he said should getting 3 points but it's 14 points.On Monday or Tuesday I check my account and the points I got from lottery ticket that was printed twice and paid for once those points were removed.I fill out a complaint form to myhuskyrewards on Monday or Tuesday then I get no response then I call today to get my Husky rewards points back then I explain my problem and what happened that I want my earned points back.Then I get I have email my three receipts or fax my receipts.I don't know how to email my receipts and faxing would be too much money.I angrily hung up on My Husky Rewards customer service guy.If I don't get my points I never buying anything at Husky again.It's not the 14 points it's the principle I earned those points by paying for them.I'm burning red with anger.Just in case people in Red Deer want to know where this happened Husky at Bower Plaza.After each transaction with that involve points and miles check your accounts and hold on to your receipts just in case you get points or miles that are on your receipts but are getting removed later.

I have been earning points then even advertise you get points from lottery tickets.
