Dollarama Grabs!

Thanks kw01ai for posting about the burner liners--$1 is alot cheaper than Walmart price---replacing the old one saves me from explaining to my DH why the stove burner caught on fire (twice)!

Dollarama on Mississauga Road in Brampton (new store) has MITRE brand soccer shorts for $2.00/pair!

I love the new $3.00 stuff - great for x-mas! I bought two of those snuggies for my older sons. They will laugh their butts off when they see them, but they will also use them. Yesterday I found "GLEE" watches at the Memorial Ave. location in Orillia. They normally retail for $28.00! Scooped one of those for one of my daughters of course. I also recently purchased Maybeline Mineral Wear and Revelon make up for myself - blush, foundation, eyeshadow - all $2.00 each. It seems as though there are new items everyday, but not a huge quantity, so I find myself at Dollarama almost every other day because I don't want to miss out on a deal! Lol.

Omg, someone from Orillia lol that's scary such a small little town, too! I was born there [unfortunately] and graduated from Twin.

Our Dollarama on Masson&Rosemont has the 1.##L TresSemme shampoo and conditions for 3$, usually retail probably around 6-7$. It also sells Satin Care shaving cream for 2$.

I also bought my burner liners from there about two weeks ago, as well as Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner for 2$. There's also 2$ 8##mL Palmolive soap bottles (the 1.1L is 3-4$ pending sale, so it's more product for your buck when divided accordingly).

I went to Dollarama on the weekend and found a few good deals:

Found gerber baby foods for 50 cents each. I wonder if it's a temperory deal or they'll stock it always.

My cottage is south of Orillia (on Lake Simcoe) and I LOVE going to Orillia! They have so many nice little shops and we love the beaches at Lake Couchiching. We always take our visitors to Mariposa. I could think of a million worse places to be from!

The town itself is nice It's a great little city pre-cottage country with lots of parks and decent stores (even though West Ridge is hogging the action...)

Mostly the people I met during my lifetime that make it such a misery to think about :\ druggies, pregnant teens (we're one of the worst in the county for both). When my boyfriend came to visit, people screamed racist things at him while driving lol + there's a lot of garbage flying around wherever you walk. It ruins the natural setting, in any case.

On another note,

The same Dollaramas (Masson/Rosemont) also sell Revlon Tweasers and beauty products, as well as Garnier Fructis Shampoo and Pantene/Dove trial packs (for those going on vacation!)

Finally saw those lap desks for the first time in Surrey! Didn't buy it, it's so big and I don't know if I would actually use it.
