Ok, I know this is a wee weird coming from me but many moons ago after my Mom passed; I read a book called "Conversations with God". I cannot find it and I would love to read it again. Used is great if you can find it.

Soooo, because of the VERY kind and wonderful Gwennad, I probably have enough reading material to last me the next couple of years..... at least. BUT, buddy, if you have any treasured e-books or paper books that you think I would love, please feel free to include them. I read A LOT!!!

Books that I've read recently and REALLY liked are: Mitch Albom's The Time Keeper, The Hunger Games, Nicholas Sparks' Safe Haven

A year later i had not put on a swim suit we were in Disneyland at the pool and I was sitting on the side of the pool. My dd looked at me and said Mom please come in, to which i replied Hunny i can't people will see the outline in my swimsuit. DD got out of the pool walked up to me and said. Mom you can sit on the sidelines worring about what a bunch of strangers think, or you can get in the pool with the people who love you and dont give a crap what you look like on the outside. (DD was 12) I got in the pool lol. Let the people who love you tell you how you look, they are much more honest.
this is awesome! your DD is amazing and I hope I have kids one day like her!

Since January 1st I've lost 27lbs, but I have been sticking to a 1300 calorie diet.
Every morning I drink a crazy cocktail that I thought up, while it doesn't taste the GREATEST it has obviously helped me out. lol. It has also helped me cut down my caffeine intake by about 50% because I have WAY more energy in the mornings from it.

    (all raw veggies)
    1 cup Spinach
    1 cup Kale
    1/2 Banana
    1/2 Apple (with skin)
    1/2 cup Raspberries
    1/2 cup Blackberries
    1 scoop Protein Powder
    1 tbsp Almond Butter
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
    1 tbsp Wheat Germ
    1 tbsp Ground Flax
1 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (I fill a pitcher with boiling water and add 6 tea bags, let it sit on counter overnight and then keep it in fridge)

    Humm... What else.
I use avacado or hummus as 'butter & mayo' on my sandwiches and toast. Replaced sour cream with plain greek yogurt. I do everything in my power to NOT eat chocolate, lol. Sometimes easier said than done though. I also don't drink juice or pop, but do drink the occasional glass of crystal light.
if I could I would put VITAMIX on my wishlist. but I highly doubt my buddy will spend $350-400 on me right? haha. I'm hinting at it for my birthday in may so hopefully I'll get one. I've heard that this is a great investment and helps people lose weight like crazy.

After tons of research I bought the Breville juice plus it was 179 at Bed bath and beyond they scanned my 20 % coupon I was thinking it would be used on my shaker bottle but it came off the juicer, anyhoo I love it it work like a dream and way cheaper than the vitamix
