My hair is brown. I think. I could be wrong as I've been colouring it whatever strikes my fancy since I was about 18 or so, I do it myself, there is a lot of grey, which my mother makes fun of me for since at 65 she only started getting some grey in her hair maybe 5 years ago... and it's all underneath so you can't tell. my dad's hair is white now but because he was so blond you couldn't tell it was going grey. My mom's dad was in his late 80's when he passed away and it was only the last few years of his life that his hair went grey. Now why do I get my mother's genes for things like high cholesterol, weight gain, diabetes, but not for hair that doesn't turn grey? Not fair if you ask me!

Apparently there is a K-Cup store in London that you can mix and match different K Cups at and DH has been dying to check it out so maybe we'll have a little adventure this weekend

That cars cake is awesome btw!! I really want to learn how to make cakes like that. DH says to just buy a cake or not bother with one this year but I want to practice so when DS is old enough to appreciate them, they'll be awesome! LoL. *And* is he really complaining that I want to "practice" making cakes???

I know Bulk Barn does cake decorating classes, and possibly even Scoops as well on Talbot. If you ever need supplies, let me know.. I tried teaching myself cake decorating many years ago, but gave it up as I was too much of a perfectionist. I still have lots of the Wilton books, a selection of tips, and cake pans coming out the hoo ha.. I had never tried fondant until recently when I did my sister's wedding and groom's cake, and honestly, I find it way easier to work with than buttercream! You can buy pre-made fondant from Scoops and just tint it to whatever colour you wish, and it's actually not bad tasting like some I've had.. and i'm sure once Hubby tastes your creations, he'll stop complaining!

I want little baby foot prints. one for each kid with their birthdates. I have one already. Its a celtic heart which I love, but as I got older, have fallen less in love with its location.. its on my lower back. (no one bothered to tell me they call it a "tramp stamp"...) I want to build off of it so its more of a back piece. Add the feet, maybe some flowers and stuff later too.




I did a Zumba class one time. It was super fun and you will totally look like Jim Carry up there... but its okay, so will everyone else. It was really hard on my knees and hips though too. I ached for days after. I have a bad hip though, so I need to be careful to look for no-impact exercises.

Ohh I like that idea for a tattoo.. baby feet with birthdate! I think I'd do baby feet with name or a small monarch butterfly. I've always said I wanted a tattoo probably somewhere on my back or near ankle BUT I'm a sucker for pain...

My hair is black/dark brown with lots of white hair as well... since I was a teen. I used to dye my hair but life got in the way and I've been lazy to colour again. Sigh* I also haven't cut my hair in a long time.

I'm 33 no grey yet and dirty blonde hair. I never colour. Haven't since I was probably 14. At Xmas decided its time for a change and did the underneath red and top a bit blonder. Big mistake cause the red turned orangeish and it cost me $140. Won't colour again. Trying to let this grow out. I've used this purple shampoo to help tone down the colours and it helped a bit.

My hair is blonde-ish to light brown. I hate the term dirty blonde. Shortly After DD was born hubby pulled a grey hair out of my head, so far (knock on wood) there are no more. My grandmother didn't go grey (actually white) until very late in life, so I hoping for those genes too.

My FIL's best friend that has his cottage next to theirs calls his grey hair - arctic blonde lol

I use the term, "dirty blonde" for my hair.. it's actually been getting darker lately, so I've added more highlights than usual. Once summer comes though, it lightens a bit, and unfortunately, like Pammie, I have a lot of red undertones, so I guess I'd say Strawberry blonde in summer? However, I feel for you Gwennad.. first I found a white eyebrow a while back.. and in the last two weeks, two white hairs.. I tried to convince myself it was just the "highlighted" hair that was super blond.. but, there wasn't a dark root like the rest of my head.. so I guess I have to accept it's coming..

Niki do you happen to have the Wilton gumpaste flowers course book? Hubby got me the class kit for Christmas but the books don't come in them anymore, you have to take the class I'm self taught and would much rather just have the book and learn it on my own If you have that one and don't want it anymore I'd LOVE to buy it from you!

I started going gray when I was 17, so I don't know what it's like NOT to colour my hair. It sucks having to add that into the budget each month!

I scored a bunch of Garnier Nutrisse for 35 cents a box a couple weeks ago.!

I'm in my early 30's and my hair is 99% gray. I've recently decided I am going to try (stress the try) to stop colouring it and keep it gray. We'll see how long it lasts, I feel too young for gray hair, but I am really sick of colouring it.

My dad was the culprit in my family, I would be totally Grey and with dark brown hair the roots are awful.

If you don't mind shopping with a baby too I might take you up on that one day He's a good shopper though (watch - i've jinxed it lol). Fondant scares me...never tried it making it but so want to. I'm sure it'll be a disaster the first few times, lol. A class probably wouldn't be an option for me as DH works shifts and I'm with DS all the time

I don't use dish towels in the house anymore since Trent was sick...I learned WAY too much about germs so I use Jcloths but my husband LOVES the knit dish towels for camping and my son has a bit of a sock fettish, he is in love with home made socks, Mrs. Clause knits him some every year for Christmas. If you have me he would go nuts for some socks, his feet are a men's 6-7ish

From the body shop I like the satsuma stuff but I have plenty for now

I LOVE knitted dishcloths and socks!! I even went so far as to buy myself a book on how to knit socks, but I can`t seem to teach myself how to use circular needles.
