The Pampered Ladies Package Train

Oh oh, I need to brag about DS's awesomeness. We have been potty training aince about 18months. He is two now and will go to the potty when he needs to during the day but only for a pee. When he has to poop he usually tells us too late!! So today we were at mall and he says he needs to poop, omg we were on the other side of the mall i didnt think we'd make it to the washroom. But when we fibally got there i was surprised that he was fully clean and dry in the pull up. We had to wait for the family washroom but when he sat down he pooped and peed!! He was so happy, and i was so proud that we came home with a totally clean pull up!! Go DS!

That's just awesome! Congrats to you and your little guy!!! What a big step---and at such a young age (my young man is 3 and a half and I'm not entirely convinced he's quite there yet )

My absolutely favourite shirts are the Old Navy Collectibles t-shirts. You can't always find 'em... but they are soooo comfy!

Ohhhh buddy....do you have a Cineplex near you? Any chance you'd like to go to the movies?

We do have a Cineplex near us, but we don't have the opportunity to see movies very often anymore. The last movie I saw in a theatre was Avatar.... Ahhh, the good ole days!

Question for everybody, it's been a very long time since I have done a package train so I am just wondering how you are packing everything up? ie. are you wrapping each item or just stuffing it in a box (carefully of course)

I like to wrap things up, but that's just me. Although I'm running low on coloured tissue paper and wrapping paper, so I might just throw it all in the box.

Ugh ever since the weather went gloomy so has my mood!

Went to No Frills earlier to grab a few things (yes, I picked something up for you too buddy! ) and I just brought DS inside in the car seat, well...when I came out buddy parked so close beside me that I couldn't get the car seat in....are you freakin' kidding me?! Gawd that makes me mad...that's happened to me twice in the last two weeks! *shakes fist*

My other lil Monday rant...we bought a house and moved in back in December and the previous owners STILL haven't changed their address! Are you kidding me? It's April. I don't want any more of your damn mail. The lady of the house gets some coupons too...which just makes me sad cause I can't have them, lol...butttt what's the point in ordering them if you're not even going to get them cause you're sending them to the wrong address?! Dur.
They've shown up twice to pick up their mail since but I'm no longer saving it sorry! Going back in the mail box with 'not at this address' on 'em!

I just carefully put it in a box. =) Only for the advent train so I individually wrap...which reminds me that I can't wait till this year's advent train!!!!!!!!

Back to annoying children's shows, LOL

My dad watched my DD when she was 14mo to 3 years while I was at work during the day. During that time, the watched some Treehouse, but one show he would NEVER allow her to watch was Caillou. He brain-washed her into thinking that he was the most whiney, disrespectful and annoying kid, LOL. To this very day ... and she's almost 6, when she heard the lyrics coming up on Treehouse, she would get up from what she was doing and either turn the tv off, or leave the room! LOL

My dad also has the same attitude about Curious George, but I disagree. Who couldn't love a monkey?

DD loves My Little Pony and that was my favourite show growing up (and She Ra!) so it's nice - we watch together.

DH LOVES Transformers. How much you ask? I'll show you. (Left and right side of his closet)

He calls it an investment in DS' future. I tell him he would have better off receiving stocks from Toys R Us. Oh well! LOL

They watch new episodes of Transformers together.

I would love some longer tank tops to layer under cardigans and tshirts, etc. I would also love a looser fitting tank to wear when I am exercising. something to throw over a sports bra!

also, a random box is good for me, no theme necessary. =)

I have both, my 5yr LIVES off of Nexflix, I wish I could say I could live without tv but I can't - I LOVE HOCKEY and I would cry if I couldn't watch it

I am considering getting rid of my satellite and getting netflix, but I don't know if they have any good shows for kids. I know their Canadian content is not nearly as good as the US stuff. If I could figure out how to watch shows from my computer onto the tv, while still being able to surf the net, I'd be all set!

I love that Garnier Intensive Lotion!! Buddy, if you have any of that in your stockpile, I would LOVE some!! (Not sure if I put it on my list or not, but it really should be there)

I would say to mail whenever you feel you are ready. It is kind of nice to have the packages spaced out a bit---totally up to you (as long as you mail BY the mail date).
