I couldn't find this at the Loblaws near home. Will try to find it in Superstore during weekends. Is the Shopper's basket the same one as the Superstore one? Overall, I could see people challenge this coupon since the basket is one product. Again, this all depends on cashier again, and there is no consistency

I used my coupon to get 2 body wash and one package of soap. The cashier at Zellers told me I could not get the soap with the coupon. She had already scanned my three products and could not cancelled them because she was in training and did not know how to do it. So I had to pay full price for the three products and make my way to the customer service. They gave me my $10 but it was a hassle to have to wait in line twice.

Well, the cashier said that she "thought" that the coupon was only for bodywash or other types of skin product. I knew very well that the coupon could be used for soap. I don't know what it is with me and coupons but the cashiers always give me a hard time. I have another one of these coupons and I am almost scared to use it.

I would have left the stuff there, let her deal with it (How difficult is it to call over to another cashier closeby to fix it?). I had problems at NoFrills today. Cashier with attitude. It confuses her because it's a product for $10 off 3 items. She then continues with a lot of attitude on how I SHOULD have went to Shoppers to use coupons. I said to her to simply negate the price for the 3 items. (Not exactly rocket science here). She then said she'll take the price of 1 body wash off and that's all she can do!! Again, with a lot of attitude. At this point, I told her to her face. What's with all the attitude. This is a manufacturer coupon, and NoFrills takes them. It's not coming out of your paycheck, is it? I questioned her. She was taken aback a little because I was actually really nice before she got all mean and nasty. At that point she took out a calculater, added the prices for the 3 items, and negate that. She knew what to do! She just couldn't be bothered doing it. I have problems using the other Olay coupon that I got too. I think it's the generous amount thats making the cashiers jealous. Yes, some of them do get jealous. I tried claiming 2 dove body washes at Shoppers one time, and the girl, gave me a dirty look and tells me I can only get one! Coupon actually said one coupon per product! I told her, look there's one product, here's one coupon, and here's another product with another coupon. She rang it in and I asked her if she carried Dior cosmetics (this is at the cosmetic counter) and she didn't even answer. The other girl behind the counter noticed that and told me the answer. I've learn to just be persistent and stand firm. Worst thing, they don't give it to you (never had that happen yet). If so, there's other stores. Enough ranting.. getting way off topic!

Right on the money seapotato. Tell me, say I have a couple of coupons that says "1 coupon per purchase" What exactly does that mean? Is it one coupon per purchase (as in per item), or one coupon per purchase (as in per transaction). Semantics, but what does it mean, and what do you usually say if cashier tells me I can only use 1 coupon instead of my usual 2. (I usually get 2 coupons, one for me, one for my other family)

well everyone here says it is 1 coupon per ITEM (because the coupon says 1 coupon per purchase and you are making 2 purchases with 2 coupons).
If the cashier says you're only allowed 1 per transaction, just tell them to ring it in twice!
I was at Zellers this weekend, using 3 secret coupons on 3 deoderants, and the cashier was like, i think you can only use one, see, 1 per purchase *points to coupon* and i'm like yea, and i'm purchasing 3 items. Then she kinda grudgingly gave it to me.
