ok. well lets see.. we could use a nice new clock (one with arms) for our living room. gold/brassish..
some more lightbulbs.
if you can find some cheap of those metal catchers that you put under the burner... you know what i mean.(not the tin things) i could use 3 of the small ones and one large one..
maybe some small glasses for like orange juice.
four nice decorator pillows that match our black living room chairs.
does that help

Simple as that!

Evening Ladies! I'm back from the cottage. Had a nice weekend, went shopping in Barrie today with my MIL!
Delivered the postcard (my sister ended up getting it to my mum before she left for Vegas), it was cool but bittersweet. The lady I delivered it to was quite old (in her 80s at the least), the postcard was from her son. She told me that her son & her granddaughter had gone done to South America a couple months back, the postcard was dated February 23rd. Apparently her granddaughter had breast cancer but was recovering well/or had beat it but now she is very very sick
she got all teary eyed telling me, but seemed really pleased to receive the postcard.
my sister has a postcard to deliver to Ajax sometime soon, so I let you all know how that goes for her. then I am executing one to be delivered to me at some point in the future!
had a fabulous time at the green show. Got to sample all sorts of green products! Tried some raw organic green juice so good, looking into possibly having some delivered.
sorry to hear
I used to get a lot of really bad migraines in high school & the only thing that work for me was Tylenol (I can't have ibuprofen) & sleep. After school I got them less regularly (once a month). Now (knock on wood) I only get them a couple times a year. After I went through my whole food sensitives - cutting out certain foods, then fixing the sensitives through a naturopath I got a lot less, so food was definitely a trigger for me but I am not sure which food. My current way of dealing with my migraines is to take Tylenol as soon as I get the aura (which is how mine start 95% of the time &/or this weird sensation where my hands & arms don't feel/look like hey are attached to my body, as if I am looking down from above on someone else's hands/arms
), then if I can go to bed in a dark room with a cold flannel on my forehead/eyes (that's where my pain is centred). I also use this goat's milk lavender cream that I put a bit on just under my nose so I can breathe it in. My aunt suffered from really horrible migraines & she used Imatrix (sp?), though her migraines have lessened greatly post-menopause.
Unfortunately yes......

Sorry I have been MIA for a couple days.....was a busy weekend here!
We had that crazy ice storm Thursday/Friday to deal with....we weren't too bad in my area, just random power outages!
My truck's defrost crapped out on the way home from work Thursday night - so I am now car less until Tuesday le sigh! Apparently it is my heater core ....$500+ later I will have heat and defrost.....just in time for warmer weather lol
Saturday I went to my first ever barter event.....basically like a garage sale, but you trade goods and services (no money is exchanged!) super fun! I make home made dog treats, so traded them for soap, necklaces, crocheted baby ballet slippers, cookies and other random things!
Today, we were off to Orangeville for mom's early b-day lunch then had to rush home to get changed and off to derby practice.
I am exhaused.....off to shower and then bed! My ride to work comes extra early
will have to wait until Tuesday to shop for my buddy - hoping to mail by the end of the week

I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. Tried boiling water + baking soda + vinegar...newp. Tried a coat hanger down the drain...newp. Tried liquid plumr...newp. DH opened up the trap and tried cleaning it....newp. Such a pain in the behind. It won't even slowly drain it doesn't drain at all...and it fills up both sinks. Arrrggh. If anyone has any other suggestions I'd love to hear 'em! BIL has a plumber friend that's gonna come over "sometime" this week but I'll try anything to fix it before hand, lol.
