Did you get a Chapman's coupon this year??

I sent out my yearly email and have always received a coupon usually $5 but one year a $3. So far its been 2 months and nothing in the mail.

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

Yes, I was just thinking about this today. I went back and checked, and it looks like I contacted them at the end of January. I never received mine either.

Same here. Have not received it yet and I ordered it at the beginning of January. Wondered if they were doing it anymore but I know someone who received it about 3 weeks ago. So I haven't given up hope yet.

I had receive the 5$ coupon in january.I remembered because I used the contact us in the game and it was not correct so they ask me to writhe them an e-mail with my adress and it was fine

I got my coupon a few weeks back, but I had requested it in January. One thing I did notice was that last year I requested and received it in March....so maybe it must be one full year since your last request???

I received mine in January, a few weeks after I requested it.

I sent them an email at 8 weeks and received a coupon the following week. I replied using original email. Hope this helps.

We have sent your request to the processing department. However it does take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to process. With that being said we have experienced a high volume of requests and we are processing them as quickly as possible.
