I bought a bottle of Herbal Essences "Hydralicious" Shampoo and Conditioner.
The shampoo is like pasty clay when it came out of the bottle. And it was like glue on my hands so there was no way I was going to put it in my hair. Absolutely disgusting, and waste of money.
I haven't had any issues before with previously purchased products, but I want to send out an email for this one. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about it.
Thanks everyone in advance for your input!
**UPDATE: Sent in a complaint to Herbal Essences, will keep everyone up to date with what happens next!

I think the best way is to state facts, and have little emotion (no rant letters..)
Where did you purchase it and when?
UPC/batch number ?
What was the product like ? (stated above)
and why you wouldn't use it (also stated above)
I would also mention that you have purchased and used their products in the past, and this is the first issue you've encountered (They might be more inclined to respond knowing that you know the product shouldn't be like that...)
Good luck, and hope that helped.

I just sent them a complaint about the "none of your frizziness" shampoo and they said they will send me replacement coupons in the next 3-6 weeks. It only took them a day to get back to me.

So I sent in a complaint in a nice manner but haven't got a reply.... Should I email them again?

Is there a 1-800 number on the bottle? I have found better resolution for product issues by calling rather than waiting for an emailed response (they often get lost).

For sure calling the company is easiest - I just had an issue with a kellogg's product and they sent something out pretty quickly... I filled out an online form and they emailed me within a day or two. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.
