I sent my ex-husband to WalMart to purchase the Fallout 3 collector edition game for my son today.
He showed up with the game as well as some fishing lures....here is where the monster part comes in:
He has been listening to me too much because he scanned the lure and found that the scan price was higher than the price tag. He then scanned a bunch of different ones and found that all of them were scanning higher than the item hook tag advertised.
He took 6 different ones to the cashier and had her apply the SCOP policy on each individual item. He paid $0 for $57.43 for 6 of these fishing lures, he is still doing the happy dance.
I'm not sure who would buy these in winter but he is a happy happy boy.

on the other hand, you've taught him so well, that normally he would splurge and buy just one fishing lure - but SCOP has taught him the best way to get 6 of them!!!!!

Great story, love it! You've taught him well. I'll have to share that with my hubby.
