I was offered these same five. If you don't check them all off, it doesn't go through.

When I confirmed everything, it just had a thank you in the url window, not on the page, so I refreshed to try again - but it had gone through.

I had signed in, then got the maintenance page, kept refreshing, and finally got the samples page.

THe samples appear to be different depending on the person. I got 7 samples with the Venus razor but my bf only got 4 samples with a ProGlide razor! I'm excited to receive these!

I just got the maintenance message also ...

Both me and my mom got maintenance messages when we clicked confirm for our addresses. I refreshed it and it said I already ordered it. I got 7 sample options and my mom got 5 (no razor for her). I hope it went through

I finally managed to get through, clicked on my samples, but then when I hit okay, it went back to the maintenance page...and even though I keep refreshing, that's still the page I get. I guess it didn't go through? I'll try again though.

I keep getting the maintenance page too but did not log out. I click the link to the site and the samples came up again for choosing. I select them and nothing happened so I refreshed and it said I have already requested the samples. I log back in the site and the screen came up that I have already requested for this period and it should arrive soon. So you can check your account to see if you have already order.
