Sorry to spam your thread but I know a lot of you lovely ladies are from the Toronto area. Just wondering if Yorkdale or Vaughan mills is better for shopping?

We're stopping quickly in Toronto on our way through to up North (past Kenora) so DH said I could have a few hours at one mall. lol.

Well so much for my plans. Ended up taking Matthew by my uncle for a last minute driving lesson (his test is tomorrow). My hubby was supposed to go but had an urgent soccer meeting he forgot about and Melissa is curled up in bed with cramps and a sore throat. My uncle left work early for him, so we hightailed it over there. On the way back we got Harvey's and I scarfed it down cause I was soo hungry. So...ummm no gym for me today...and no cooking since I just got back. But my heart was in the right place - honest it was.

Tami, I have to tell you this story. This morning we headed into town for a play date with some friends. And when I picked them up, my friend asked about my dream catcher with your ribbon attached, so I explained what and why behind it all. Yorkdale if you want name brand & expensive prices, but if you're looking for deals and brand names... I'd suggest Vaughan Mills because many of the name brand stores like Tommy Hilfiger, etc are at warehouse prices, lots of selection, and they have a Winners/Homesense and Toys r Us, etc.

I can't answer the TO shopping question but my mom is from past Kenora Sioux Lookout to be exact! Love that area, spent so many summers up there when I was kid. Hope you enjoy the shopping before! It's been awhile (oh man, like 25 years!! wow I'm old) but I don't remember a lot of shopping around there lol.
