HBC bonus point coupons?

Are HBC bonus point coupons still issued? There were some last year but I haven't seen any for this year.

Haven't seen any since they changed the program. Just checked on their site and there is no mention of any there.

Be careful with your HBC points.
I didn't use my card for a year, and after participating in their amazing sales this past weekend, I noticed most of my points went 'missing'.
I realize with the new program, you have less, but I was missing 200,000 before being converted.

I called HBC rewards and they said if you don't use your card in a year and a half, they tend to put your points on hold. And will hold them back until YOU do something about it.
Even though I was used my points card shortly after a year, I didn't get my points back.

Now I have to wait 3 weeks for an audit for them to 'look at my file' before they will add my points back on.

Your points are likely not missing. They changed the rewards value and converted them to a smaller amount. You can still cash it for the same amount gift card that you were eligible for before.

They put your points on hold after a year and a half so that it forces you to update your address

I did realize the program changed in February, but my points went 'missing' late 2012. Thankfully I didn't delete my account updates (via email) so I could look into this myself
But that's what the lady said. If I didn't redeem them, then they will 'find' them and add them back onto my account in about three-four weeks.

In return of having to call them, she already added 500 points to my account (very generous of her as I didn't even ask for anything but for her to look into my account).
