Trent has a concussion, but he's going back to camp for the night to be monitored by the nurse. He doesn't want to miss the closing ceremonies in the morning. Send him a prayer or two that his symptoms don't worsen overnight. I'm going to try and get some sleep if I can calm down a little.

OK ladies I need some distracting. The nurse just called from Trent's camp, he's had a bad fall and is on his way to the hospital with a possible concussion (he's already had 2 so quite likely) He's about an hour from us right now so they have asked us to wait until he's seen before we decide if we are going to him or not tonight. Tomorrow is pick up day anyway, but I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to just sit here and wait for them to call back, he's my boy and I should be the one at the hospital with him not a nurse he barely knows. Our nighttime sitter is there as a councilor and is going with them too but he's not me either.....sorry for the illogical rambling but I'm a tad panicked......DISTRACT ME!!

Omgosh Stephanie I read this after my joke post I'm so sorry for being silly! My stomache is in knots for you. I'm sure he will be okay he is the toughest kid I've ever met. Plus as a distraction I feel on my a$$ in the elevator no more wine I swear

oh boy... I just realized that since kiddo is now going to be going to school I'll get to order from scholastics! right???? Oh I love books lol. I can't wait and I've added this book to my list, though I had to look it up because I was with Slam heading off to the corner...

I loved getting the Scholastic orders as a kid and as a parent that was a highlight for sure!

Ok... So my mail guy comes (during lunch time when my house is quite chaotic) and I get a box- YEAH- I love parcels- rarely is a parcel bad news!!!! I already received my package earlier this week so I assume it is the Peekaboo Beans clothes I bought used and they had finally come... Well, its nap/quiet time now so I finally get a minute to look at it...

The 1st place award for the not-so-smart rider on this train goes to....

I haven't drank in a very long time last night I had wine at Chris Angel I got tipsy and at one point during the show I grabbed Mitch arm and screamed holy $hit that guys a friggen demon.

Norma- Really? This happens to other people then just me? I felt so stupid going back in. I didn't tell them what I did. Just paid my $25.43 (note to self- go back and check contest to see who won) and moved on with my day. I was so frustrated and angry at myself or making such a stupid mistake earlier. I am *almost* at the point where I can just shake my head and smile. I am just glad all the packages are on their way! I have all tracking numbers now

Yup, it sure does! No need to feel stupid....I can actually catch the error if my customer has mailed their item at my post office but if they haven't. Usually it is xPresspost's though or lettermail which isn't a real biggie. I do the strangest things sometimes and that is all I do is just smile or laugh it off or I would go nutso obsessing about it.

I am glad it is Friday tomorrow too!

Thanks ladies! We didn't get any more phone calls last night. He's really in the best place he could be other than here, it's Camp Goodtime for kids who've had cancer or currently have cancer so there are many nurses there and an oncologist. I'm sure he was well taken care of but I would rather he was here. Camp is over this morning so hubby is leaving shortly to go pick him up and get him here where I can watch him.
