I got exactly the same samples and coupons but mine was fine.

My bf looked at it and it seemed like the bottom of the serum package had been cut open and all the product is gone. I will email them and complain, I just have to find where first.

I got my loreal sample stoday, the serum and lotion and $8 off coupons. However, I am pretty sure someone either tampered with my serum sample or it was ripped cause I dont think there is any serum in my sample. Has this happened to anyone else?
