I bought the Tylenol Muscles & Body Pain.
There is a $5 store coupon or $5.50 MIR wub Muscles Aches & Body Pain OR Back Pain, expires December 2015.
It's a two sided coupon and you do 1 or the other.
It was in a package of Tylenol extra strength.

I was told by fellow SCers that the MIR is just for Quebec. I tried it anyway (from MB) and got my $5.50 cheque today.

I've got the coupon in front of me and it says the coupon is for all provinces except Quebec.

"Rebate offer only valid by mail in Quebec, as per provincial legislation."

So, did you use a Quebec address?

This was for the MIR (other side of the $5 coupon) and I used the address on the form.

    I used my MB address.

I think it depends on how you read it. Quebec can only use the MIR and not the coupon. Everyone else can use either. If you read it like that it makes sense (to me anyway)
