I took the course many, many years ago...it's not a difficult one, but personally I came to realize it wasn't for me. It seemed that those who wanted to continue on that career path had to still get hired by a real estate company and at that time, they were picking the best and brightest. I would have been lucky, having a friend in the business, but others weren't as fortunate. You have to be a real go-getter and hard worker to get ahead in that business, but it can be lucrative for those who are. Good luck to you if that's what you're thinking of doing!
