I'm really happy about this and I know it doesn't come close to other deals but I'm still proud!

    Walmart
    Olay 2.99 x3
    = 0.14 after $10 coupon

    2.Xylophone Toy
9.94 (scanned as 14.94 but had a sticker of 9.94 does SCOP apply? I was told no because there was a sticker)
    =11.23

    3.
    Monopoly 11.88 (?)
    = 13.42

    Zellers
    9.99 Olay Gift Sets
    2.58 after $10 Coupon x2

    Dollarama
    Wrapping Paper 1.13

    Rogers
    Game Rental 7.90
    =FREE (customer appretionation day)

    Marks
    1.BPA Water Bottles 8.99
    Ice Scraper 2.99
    = 2.23 after $10 Coupon

    2.BPA Water Bottle 8.99
    x2 Reuseable Bag 0.99
    =2.40 after $10 Coupon

    TOTAL AFTER COUPONS: $33.14
    I saved over $50!
    Thumbs up please, hehe!

Does SCOP apply to merchandise that have scanned wrong but had a sticker of the correct price on it? I was told no. And if it does apply can I just bring the reciept and not the item because it's a gift.

Looks like you had a great day shopping, Aliciax. I can't answer your question about SCOP because I really don't understand it, but congrats on all the good deals that you got today.

Was the price higher on the shelf as well? You should check next time you are there. If the shelf price was higher then you can use SCOP.

My understanding is that YES scop applies here.. isn't it for when something rings up more expensive than it should be? Perfect example!
I'd fight it, but that's because I firmly would believe i'm right. I suppose it all depends on how much time/energy you have for it this time of the year

If i'm wrong, i'd appreciate someone showing me a link to where it says I am.. I don't want to be pushy if i'm not correct, but at the same time, if it's open to interpretation, that's how I read it!

    btw... great deals!!!!

I totally agree! If I'm wrong, where's the proof? (I only have the reciept and if I get a nice customer rep I'd be greatful) The reciept doesn't show anything of it being ticketed,

it just says 14.94 VOID new price 9.94

Here's the SCOP info for you --

    http://www.retailcouncil.org/advocac...racy02_eng.asp

Individually price ticketed items are an exception, so no SCOP.

Oh... the shelf didn't even have a price marked for it so I just grabbed it.

And if I wanted to use SCOP and the item wasn't with me would but the original reciept was, would that be allowed? (I want to be prepared if this happens in the future because I haven't used SCOP yet)

    I think it would work...
I bought some soothers once, that were marked on the shelf for $2 lower. The CSM came over and price over-rode it, but when I left the till I remembered SCOP. I brought my reciept to Custoemr Service, and showed them where they had voided the entry, and over-rode the price> they gave me my money back, no questions asked, and didn't ask to see the soother [which was in the bag in the stroller]. They wrote on the reciept that they applied the SCOP [I guess so I couldnt just come back and keep gettinbg my money back, lol]

So... I'd say YES there's no reason you should have to bring the item back in. Of course, each cashier/csm is different *sigh* so if someone is uptight you might have to bring it back in.
