Once every three years, there is an international competition in horticultural sculpture, called "mosaiculture," in a major city in the world. This year it is Montreal. This is not topiary but rather creating sculptures out of living plants. The greatest horticulturalists in the world, from 20 different countries, submitted plans a year in advance. Steel armatures were then created to support the works (some 40 feet high); they were then wrapped in steel mesh and filled with dirt and moss and watering hoses. Then they ordered 3 million plants of different shades of green and brown and tan, and these were grown in greenhouses all over Quebec. In late May, these horticulturalists came to Montreal and planted all of their plants in the forms at the Montreal Botanic Gardens, and they have been standing for three months now. There were 50 major sculptures along a path two miles long. They were incredible. If you would like to visit a few and walk along the path with me, click on

Tonight on W5 at 7 and will probably re-air tomorrow night
http://www.ctvnews.ca/w5/undercover-...stry-1.1503296
hard to believe the cruelty that goes on in so many ways......even if they cost more at least eat "free run"
hard to watch but people need to inform themselves of what goes on and care about it - thanks W5 for exposing what the industry didn't want exposed................

The reason why baby diapers have brand names such as "Luvs" and"Huggies",
while undergarments for old people are called "Depends".
When babies crap in their pants, people are still gonna Luv'em and Hug'em.
When old people crap in their pants, it "Depends" on who's in the will.

evening Q sters,
Happy rainy Caturday. despite the weather, today actually went better than yesterday. my new wifi came in the mail yesterday. when i went to use it, it only partly worked. it would give the internet signal, but my computer wouldn't recognize it. i called tech support & went thru with them what was happening. she had me try a few things & she tried a few things, but no internet. she finally said that i needed a new micro sim card. she told me that she would call me back today & make sure everything was working. i went down to Bell & got a new sim card, put it in the wifi, but still no connection. she did call me back & we went thru the check list. she tried 1 more thing & lo & behold, i got internet. Yippeee! a whole week without it at home
thanx Lee. that hit the spot.
i know the feeling, Runt. it's happened a few times to me, where it rings for a couple of minutes, then goes to a busy signal. can't call from work either.
Welcome back!
my car was the fuel pump. didn't expect to see it back till Monday, but they had a few cancelled appointments, so my guy was able to get it fixed today. had to drive rodent to work & pick her up, but then picked up the car for her tomorrow. don't have to take her to during my Nascar race, YES! she can take herself.NASCAR SEASON is complete for 2021.
Kyle Larson wins his 1st Nascar Championship.
nascar:a way of life
everything else is just a game
